Our fleece backed quilted fabric gives you two useful surfaces in one piece of material. The outer face is a 4oz waterproof polyester that sheds rain and wipes clean, while the reverse is a brushed fleece that traps warmth against the body. Between the two sits a 135g fire-retardant wadding, held in place by a neat diamond stitch that stops the filling shifting after washing. At 150cm across, most jacket panels and pet bed covers come out of a single width with very little waste. It handles well under a domestic machine, so you do not need an industrial setup or years of practice to get a tidy finish. We cut to the metre from our Tyseley unit in Birmingham, so you order the length the job actually needs rather than a fixed roll.
